Team Lead

Job Description:

As a shift lead, you’ll manage on-site operations at events and catering gigs at various locations around Phoenix. Shift leads will lead and support our team during events, handle logistics, keep things organized and jump in wherever needed – from brewing espresso to troubleshooting equipment or towing the trailer, we’ll train on the specifics!

Responsibilities:

Lead and support team members on-site at events and catering gigs

Set up and tear down coffee stands, trailer, and equipment

Handle cash settlements, card totals, and shift close-outs

Tow, drive and position trailers, trucks or stands at event locations

Run arrands and supply runs as needed

Work as a barista, cashier or prep person when required

Check and maintain equipment: troubleshoot on-site as needed

Manage staffing, assist with training, and fill in during busy times

Provide great customer service and maintain a positive team environment

Qualifications:

Strong ability to solve problems independently

Excellent customer service skills

Organized and detail oriented with solid communication

Comfortable driving/towing heavy equipment and/or willing to learn

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and flexible schedule

Comfortable leading a team and solving team problems on the fly

Prior leadership experience is a plus but not necessary – we’ll train you!
